INDOOR BOOT FAIRS Indoor Boot Fairs are held monthly from September to April each year. These are very well supported by both villagers and other local communities. 10 a.m. in the Village Hall Books, Videos, Jigsaws, CD's and Bric a Brac all at a Bargain Price of 20p each Entrance by donation to the Village Hall funds CANCER RESEARCH FUND JUMBLE SALE DATE TO BE CONFIRMED The Jumble Sale we recently held in the Village Hall was a great success. The final amount sent off to The Royal Marsden Hospital was £1,053. We would like to say a very big thank you to everyone concerned, including several kind people who donated cash (you know who you are). This year alone our village has raised almost two thousand pounds, which is a record year for us and has earned the organisers another gold certificate to add to the ones already achieved in previous efforts. Please keep up your efforts to help cancer research, as most of us know someone affected by this killer disease.
